I have spent the better half of the past three months pretty sick and weak. It's the least amount I have worked out in my life other than a year and a half ago when I was teaching, working at a tanning salon, and trying to get my master's. I've felt so guilty about pretty much coming home from work and heading straight to the couch. I'm sure some fat was also heading straight to my hips the past few months. Luckily I seem to slowly be getting my strength better. Maybe I'm actually getting better or maybe it is all the sunshine the past few days. Whatever the reason may be I certainly am not complaining! I was able to get out for a walk with my husband and dogs which felt so nice. Having the sunshine on my face and my dogs happily bounding through the mud I couldn't have been happier. Now it was only for about 20 minutes but hey, that's better than it's been in weeks. I don't want to overexert myself all at once. Keep your fingers crossed that this means more good days to come!
THURSDAY
Breakfast -
2 egg whites with 1 slice of Healthy Choice Ham on 2 slices of whole grain toast
Banana
1 cup fat-free organic milk
Lunch -
2 oz. grilled chicken on top of salad (romaine, tomatoes, corn, and black beans)
Fat-free ranch
Fat-free yogurt
Snack -
1/2 cup no sugar added applesauce
Dinner -
2 oz. whole grain rice, 2 oz. crabmeat, creole seasoning, mushrooms, and broccoli
Brussel Sprouts with 2 tbsp. light margarine
Snack -
100 calorie pack popcorn
