You made it through Thanksgiving...how did you do? Now you just need to make it to New Year's. Remember, just keep your portions small and eat a lot of veggie's. You worked so hard to get this far don't ruin it because of a few parties. A lot of people I talked to that are trying to stay fit and healthy made sure to work out extra in preparation for the big turkey feast. Balance is definitely key to success!
Unfortunately I have had a "flare up" of horrific pain since Friday night from my endometriosis. Any kind of activity that gets my blood pumping triggers an attack. It is pretty irritating, even lifting a heavy object or walking down the hall can start the pain. I have been having up to six episodes a day and the worst are at night. Every time the pain hits I get nauseous, profusely sweat, and crawl into the fetal position until it goes away. I'm bummed out because I just bought a new Billy Blanks cardio DVD that is titled Boot Camp - I'm excited to try it out. Hopefully this pain will go away soon so I can start kicking it into gear for the holiday season!

1/2 cup stuffing
2 oz. grilled chicken nuggets

fat-free yogurt

Plum
Dinner -
2 oz. Laura's Lean Beef
100 calorie multi-grain English Muffin
Green beans with 2 tbsp. light margarine
Snack -
100 calorie pack
